At Jefferson Plaza Pharmacy we are happy to provide our community with rentable wheelchairs, transport chairs, and turning leg caddies. All wheelchairs and transport chairs rent for:

$10 per day
$35 per week
$60 per month

Turning leg caddies rent for:

$40 per week
$120 per month
(Not available for daily rental)

During the rental period we require a credit card to be kept on file at the store; this information will be destroyed upon timely return of the equipment.

Daily Rentals:
Equipment rented for a single day must be returned by noon of the following day;(Exception: if issued on a Saturday, the following Monday will be fine).

Late fees:
Each day the item is past-due will incur a one day's rental fee ($10). 

Damage:
It is up to the pharmacy staff's discretion to determine whether the equipment has been damaged completely. In the case that severe damage has been inflicted, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the item in its entirety (charges will not exceed $250).

**Please Note** If you would like to extend your rental period, please contact us at least 72 hours before your item due date. Failure to do so will result in an additional $28 fee.
